I have my trusty earphones piping some "Guilty Pleasures" into my ears as I type. Guilty Pleasures being the lineup of Rob Barraco, Barry Sless, David Gans, Adam Perry, and Klyph Black that just played 4 shows in Cali (adam perry being the reason I know of these guys, a former pittsburghian and now san franciscan...) I have mellow motivational vibes flowing through me, and I'm damn certain the music is the reason. nice.
