I have Canada on the brain. A new canadian is about to be born...any time now, up on Prince Edward Island. Friends having babies. It warms the heart. So Canadians. Sidney Crosby is one. He's not having a baby or anything, but damn that kid is inspiration on skates. A delightful reporter is covering the ins and outs of Sidney's rookie season for the The Globe. In a weekly series entitled "The Rookie" she keeps us (and all of Canada) up to speed on the interworkings of the hottest young rookie in the national hockey league (and ever??).
Even better, she has a blog. A Sidney Blog! It's more personal and humorous than the column...and it's a good waiting for baby announcement diversion.
